Smart Series Temperature Control Unit
The Regloplas Smart Series offers performance, quality and reliability with an economical price point. Temperature control for water up to 195°F and Oil to 300°F, this simple to operate model features high flow pump rates of 16 to 18 GPM, immersion pump, solid state relay control, RT70 Controller with 3.5” display, energy saving technology and more. Pressurized Water Rapid Heat and Cool Temperature Control Unit
The Reploplas pressurized water rapid heat and cool temperature control system provides an innovative solution compared to oil or steam with higher density, specific heat and thermal conductivity. With a high temperature range to 440°F additional benefits include heating and cooling of tools in a single circuit, faster ramp rates for heat up and cool down, precise temperature control of +/- 2°F across tool, energy efficiency and reduced floor space. Standard features include a closed loop system to eliminate scaling and contamination from outside water sources, constructed of non-ferrous corrosion free materials and components to ensure a trouble free service life, performance and reduce downtime, IP rated electronic components and control enclosures to isolate and protect from the process system. The process improvements and part enhancements are clear with less injection pressure and clamping force, reduced cycle times, better filling of the cavity, improved part surfaces with elimination of weld lines and sinks, higher optical properties, smooth, glossy finishes and more. Thermal Oil Temperature Control Unit
Regloplas offers a full line of thermal oil temperature control unit for industrial applications including die casting, extrusion, mixers, rollers, storage tanks and more. Standard models with operating temperatures of 300°F to 662°F, heating capacity from 6 to 40 KW, cooling from 28 to 160 KW, high rate pumping capacity from 12 to 23 GPM, 55 to 145 PSI ranges and ¾ to 4 horse power. Standard features include leak free pumps with magnetic coupling, solid state relay heater control, microprocessor control system, forced flow technology, single and dual zones, energy saving technology and more. Chillers
Regloplas offers a full line of water/glycol air cooled condensers for cooling of various industrial process and equipment, molds, dies, platens, induction heating, heat exchangers, rollers and more. Standard models from 1/8 to 20 Tons, 2100 to 240K BTU’s per hour, flow rates from 2 to 60 GPM. Some standard features include durable sheet metal cabinets, totally self-contained recirculation pump, easy to use digital controllers, non-ferrous wetted components with manual bypass, cleanable air filters, 12 month parts and labor warranty, 24/7 service and support.
