The V-series from GP:50 is their signature melt pressure sensor model providing an improved, advanced design for precise and constant melt pressure measurement. The rugged design of the V-Series utilizes a heavier sensor and thicker tip diaphragm for durability, increased cycles and higher accuracy. Standard features include fully welded construction, high quality electronics, vibration protection, industry standard mechanical and electrical connections for easy replacement on existing equipment and systems. Available in premium or standard measurement accuracy’s, pressure ranges from 500 to 30,000 PSI, various diaphragm options to meet the most demanding applications, optional mercury free fills, temperature measurement, auto zero and more, 100% made in the USA. GP:50 E-Series

The GP:50 E-Series provides an economical solution for general purpose melt pressure measurement. With no sacrifice to quality or reliability, the E-Series offers standard features including all welded durable stainless steel construction, abrasion resistant diaphragm, standard output signals, mechanical and electrical connections, with optional rigid stem, rigid stem and flexible capillary and melt pressure with temperature measurement. Available in pressure ranges from 3,000 to 10,000 PSI with a 1.0% measurement accuracy to meet most plastic processing requirements, 100% made in the USA. The Melt Temperature Sensor from GP:50 provides precision accuracy and a true melt flow temperature measurement. Made from high temperature materials and utilizing a ceramic insulated sleeve to ensure measurement at the tip of the sensor. For measurements up to 750°F, features include various sensor calibrations and RTD’s, flush or 5mm tips with optional materials, stem and cable lengths, connectors and threads. GP:50 Instrumentation, Tools and Accessories

The GP:50 melt pressure product line includes instrumentation, tools and accessories to service all of our plastic process customers needs. Instrumentation includes quality programmable melt pressure indicators and controllers, featuring universal inputs, safety alarms, high visibility color LED display, auto-tune, fast process response and standard ¼ DIN panel mount to easily replace outdated or failed controls. For proper installation and care we offer cleaning tools and kits for preparation of mounting holes to clean the threads, seat and hole. Another sometimes overlooked tool is a melt sensor torque wrench specifically designed to eliminate sensor damage caused during installation. This unique tool provides the precise torque required every time and eliminate forces that can drastically reduce sensor performance and life.
