Series Heaters

Tutco Sureheat’s Series heaters use a Quartz tube outer housing that provides excellent thermal shock resistance and low thermal expansion. The compact size and light weight suit spot or restricted area requirements. Air temperatures are controllable to 1600°F (871°C), maximum inlet temperatures of 120°F (49°C) and maximum air pressures of 7 psi. Available in various tube diameters and lengths, open end (Style A) or Nozzled Exit (Style B). The Series heaters are a popular choice for original equipment manufacturers and applications including curing, drying, sterilization, catheter ballooning and forming, soldering and solder rework, heat staking and more. Hot Air Tools

The Hot Air Tool from Tutco Sureheat has a 304 stainless steel body that offers a compact, durable design with a built in type K thermocouple for closed loop control. Air temperatures controllable to 1400°F (760°C), maximum inlet temperatures of 120°F (49°C) and air pressures to 60 psi. A slotted exit of the housing allows for a flare attachment or customers design. The Hot Air Tool is another popular heater for OEM’s, the Hot Air Tool is used in applications for curing, drying, sterilization, medical device manufacturing, packaging side seam seals, activating adhesives, shrink tubing, heat staking and other automated designs requiring a trouble free, reliable heater source. Serpentine Heaters

The Tutco Sureheat Serpentine heaters utilize a triple pass housing design using incoming air to cool the outer surface limiting radiant heat loss, providing energy efficient operation and safety. The permanent housing allows for easy element replacement to limit machine and production downtime. Air temperatures controllable to 1500°F (815°C) at maximum air pressures of 25 psi. Two housing sizes are available with the Serpentine II or VI with power ranges from 2.0kW to 8.0kW to best meet your needs. Serpentine heaters are used in a variety of applications for curing, drying, sterilization, shrinking and welding to composite can manufacturing, sewing of water proof seems and OEM food processing and packaging equipment. Threaded Inline Heaters

Threaded Inline heaters from Tutco Sureheat have a 304 stainless steel threaded housing designed for high temperatures and high air pressure industrial process heating applications. Available in standard inlet and exit NPT sizes of 3/8”, ½”, 1-1/4” and 2-1/2”, or custom solutions and style’s A and B for optional electrical terminations with style A used for leak proof requirements. Power ranging from 1.6kW to 24kW for air temperatures controllable to 1400°F (760°C), maximum inlet temperatures of 900°F (482°C) and air or gas pressures to 150 psi. Applications include test rigs for valve and critical components, combustion lab flow simulation, cryogenics, chemical processing and more. Sureheat Jet Air Heater

The Tutco Sureheat Jet air heaters feature a compact heater body with terminal housing for easy wiring and two internal K type thermocouples for precise control and over-temperature protection. Air temperatures are controllable to 1400°F (760°C) with a maximum inlet temperature of 200°F (93°C) and maximum air pressures of 60 psi. Two standard power sizes available in 3kW and 8kW, 240 volt 1 phase models to fit many requirements. The Tutco Sureheat Max HT air heater features a compact heater body with terminal housing for easy wiring with one (1) dual, exposed junction type K thermocouple for precise control and over-temperature protection. Skorpion Air Heater

The Skorpion air heater from Tutco Sureheat provides a turnkey heater system complete with blower and control ready to plug in and use. Features include a digital display to show precise operating temperatures controllable up to 1400°F (760°C), built in over-temperature protection and replaceable heating elements. Specialty Flanged Inline Air Heater Systems

Tutco Sureheat Specialty Flanged Inline Heater Systems offer an industry leading compact flanged heater and control panel, engineered and designed for extremely high temperatures and high pressures. Available in standard models or custom, specialty designs to meet a customer’s specific requirement for process air temperatures controllable to 1750°F (900°C), +/- 2°F, rapid temperature rise of 122°F (50°C) a second. The SFI heaters feature power ratings from 18kW to 768kW standard, 1 MW + for custom designs, pressure ratings to 600 psi standard and 3000 psi + for custom designs and low pressure designs available. Pressure vessels per ASME Section VIII, Div. 1, ANSI and DIN flange sizes, SCR Power and temperature control panels, replaceable element assemblies, on-site start-up assistance and training provided by the experienced and knowledgeable Tutco Sureheat team.
